Brights and Whites

Good Morning Lovelies!! I hope you are all set for the weekend, I am most definitely, it's freezing cold here, we got a shit ton of snow the other day and I've had a couple doctors appointments all week. Boo Hiss. Not my favorite way to spend a chilly week, although I was able to get a hair cut/colour yesterday so that always brightens the mood. Besides my Godmother is my hair dresser and she's the best
I pinned an outfit on pinterest a few months ago involved a white dress and orange cardigan and have been meaning to recreate it myself! And obviously it was going to be a white lace dress, because I now have two...God I am so addicted to lace dresses. This one has a cut out in the back! Ah! Combination of two of my favorite things!! I really liked it combined with this pumpkiney cardigan actually.

All Devil's Eve

Good Morning and Happy Halloween lovelies! I don't have a lot actually planned for Halloween other than hanging out with Mr. Duke and giving out candy to the kidlets. I love seeing all their costumes! I am super disappointed about not dressing up this year, but last year I was a Rag Doll and the year before that I was a Peacock!

This little cabin looks very weather warn and kind of creepy, of course perfect for Halloween. Also perfect for the holiday this pumpkin coloured sweater I bought for fall earlier in the season. Black, white and orange  scream Halloween to me, so even if I didn't have a costume this year at least I could be appropriately dressed somehow. This sweater is so cozy, I think it'll be getting a lot of use of out it this winter! This dress is kind of old but stripes are always great and go with everything

Happy Halloween Lovelies!!

Pumpkin Pie

Hey Lovelies!! There are so many reasons I love fall even though it leads to winter. That might be one of the biggest reasons to love fall and to be outside and enjoy every last nice day before we're under snow and it's cold. I have so much I still want to do before it's too cold out!! I had not been to a corn maze in years, and I am so glad I finally got to go. It was so fun to wander around the maze during the afternoon and then pick out little pumpkins afterward. 

This bright orange cardigan seemed like the perfect thing to wear to the maze and pumpkin patch. I love the colour and it is incredibly cozy, I will hopefully be getting lots of wear out of it this F/W. The dress I'm wearing is actually a nightgown, but with a big comfy cardigan and scarf, it's perfect for day wear and then for sleepwear. I love nightgowns as dresses and need to get my hands on some more, they are so easy to layer.
