Hey There loves! I hope you're enjoying your short week! A short week is so much better than a normal length week isn't it? My weeks tend to all be short lately, which is great for relaxation and oh so bad for the bank account, I need to fix that. Duke and I need to move out before the end of 2013 & I have to save for school. Yuck.
Sorry again for the photo quality, it was windy & I was tired and cold. The weather has turned to shit again and all I want to do is cuddle up in blankets! This is a more unconventional heart dress but I love that it stills works for heart month and isn't red or pink. The three leaf clovers covering this dress are actually three leaf hearts! How cute. I loved the pairing of the oxblood cardigan and teal, I can't believe I hadn't tried this colour combination already this season. This layered look was perfect for a chilly early morning

Yeah, the weather is definitely bumming me out lately as well...but I love your cozy looking cardigan - it's perfect for the chill that's in the air.

A clever twist for Heart Month!
ReplyDeleteI don't care how "trendy" it gets, I will always love oxblood. And I especially love that you paired it with blue, it works so well together! Also, your ring is so cool. You always have the most interesting accessories!
ReplyDeleteI was just going to say how amazing this color combo was!! Its like perfection. That cardi is seriously the best oxblood color. And that dress could totally work for valentines and st Patrick's day! So awesome. I hate the weather and the effect on getting good photos, but these are great and you look lovely as always! :)

Oh what a neat, transitional print! Hearts on anything really are fantastic. Put them on a mu-mu and I'll probably wear it :) I love that the cardigan pulls the red color out in your hair! How fun. Have a blessed day!
ReplyDeleteThis is such an amazing color combo - one I never even thought of! I love the unconventional heart print too - I always kind of love things that are a little less straightforward like that :-)
ReplyDeleteTell me about the weather. Wind, snow, freezing cold. I am the biggest baby and moper about it. Blankets, tea, and big sweaters are the name of the game at the moment.
I am SO over winter, ugh. It was beautiful and magical for the first 3 months, now it's outstayed it's welcome
DeleteThank you lovely!!
Ths clover print on your dress is adorable! And the blue shade works so well with the oxblood cardigan - and again, with your hair! Seriously, sometimes I think your hair may be one of your best accessories, it really adds that extra something to your outfits :) It's a shame about the weather, it's been beautiful and spring-like here and now suddenly they're forecasting snow, so I totally sympathise!
