Fit Friday!

Just a real quick one for you today, try this move out the next time you're working your legs! Squat jumps are challenging because they work a lot of different muscles and require stability. If you're less advanced you don't have to go as deep into the squat and do just a few reps and sets. If you want to challenge yourself more you can hold a medicine ball in your hands and keep it close to your chest while you do this move

  3. I would be too!! I usually do sets of 10-15 in between other exercises haha. Guess I should have said that!!!
