Like PB and J

Hey There Loves!! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, mine was and still is fantastic. Today is a holiday in the great white north and I am enjoying the day off by studying, and engaging in another turkey fest with my friends tonight. I was able to get a lot of relaxation in this weekend, which I think I really needed. A couple nights of staying in and watching some movies has been so lovely.
This skirt has been one of my favourite pieces from summer, and it just happens to translate perfectly for fall. I love when I buy something and it unexpectedly ends up being such an amazing and versatile piece. Mustard has always been one of my go-to fall shades, especially when paired with black, white, as well as wine coloured shades like this jacket. These shades go together like Peanut Butter and Jelly in my eyes. Yum!

  1. I definitely love those shades together - and that jacket! I hope you're having a great thanksgiving - we're still in New York so missing it this year.

  4. There's nothing like staying in and relaxing - I definitely need that this upcoming weekend compared to the craziness of this past weekend. Love this skirt and I can see why you love it so much. It perfectly transitioned over to the colder weather!

  7. You're so right! Nothing beats being able to find a way to work some of your favourite pieces into other seasons.

I hope you're having an awesome dinner. If it's anything like mine was, you're probably slipping into a food slumber soon too :P

  11. Happy belated Thanksgiving, lovely lady! It sounds like you had a wonderful long weekend - and a well-deserved one, I'm sure :) I'm loving how you accessorised this look. That skirt is such a perfect fall colour but it's even better with studs and blue accents!
