Good Morning lovelies, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I relaxed a bunch, worked out a lot and took Mr. Duke on some awesome nature walks and am feeling much better than I was before. We definitely enjoyed how nice it was this past week, got to enjoy it while it lasts!
So, I got my dad to take these photos for me, I was obviously desperate haha. He walks towards me snapping photos nonstop and makes goofy comments. What a guy, gotta love him!
I've really been loving the combination of oxblood and navy, I wish I owned more in either shade to combine them! I've had this dress forever (or ya know, 3 years) and I always go back to it, it's one of those easy pieces I always love. I feel like January is the least inspired month for getting dressed and coming up with outfit ideas. Or maybe I'm just feeling outfit "hungover" from the excitment of the holidays.

Three years is forever in clothing time - this dress is awesome, I love the print, so it's no wonder you've kept it! The combination of ox blood and navy suits you perfectly, especially with the red in your hair. Glad to hear you're feeling better!

Oxblood and navy is such a great combo and goes amazingly with your hair (which I'm always stunned how you get it to be so perfectly bright). Red never stayed in mine that good! That's cute that your dad took the photos for you - I can't even imagine what would happen if my dad tried...hehe. Your dress is adorable!

ReplyDeleteI love the dress! Oldies but goodies - right? The pattern is awesome - and I love the cardigan with it. Sounds like an awesome weekend - I need to relax!

I'd have to agree with you...I think it just feels around this time of year like there won't ever be spring or any sunshine and it can feel exhausting to get all gussied up! Having said that, you don't look stuck for inspiration here - love this look! The colour combo is perfect on you.
