Old Man Winter

Good Morning Lover's, I hope you are enjoying your long weekend today. I am super thankful for this day off to catch up on homework as I had to work all weekend. Also since it's Remembrance Day, I'm thankful for all those veterans and people who ensure I get to live a safe and awesome life!

So, can I tell you a secret? This sweater, it's from the boys department. No, not the men's department, the little boys department. That's right ladies and gents, I have the body of a large boy, who knew?! I was pretty stoked when I tried this skull sweater on at Joe Fresh and it fit perfectly, I knew my short torso and small bust would work in my favour one day! Distressed jeans, a cozy sweater, funky necklaces and boots are quickly becoming my uniform now that Old Man Winter has decided to hang out here in the great white north for the next 6 months.

Also, I may have an addiction to gingerbread lattes...Help?

Purple Haze

Hey there Loves!! I hope your week went by quickly,I am super excited for the weekend. I'm getting a haircut and two of my best friends have their birthday on Saturday night, so it's shaping up to be a good weekend.

I got this dress as part of my U.O. package that I got on boxing day, and I love it. It's so goddamn comfortable!! I don't think I own anything else in this colour, plus it's lace, and one can never have too many lace dresses....right? I think it`s the perfect colour for spring and I actually liked it with my red hair. This skull scarf and my black cropped blazer were perfect for work the other day.

Skull Candy

Good Morning Lovelies!! I hope your weeks are coming along nicely, it's only wednesday but I really wish it was Friday, I think it's the weather. Cold, windy and we're supposed to get even more snow today. I have a consultation for a tattoo today and I'm excited, it's something I've wanted to get done for quite a while.

I picked up this awesome skull printed dress at Zara on sale a few weeks ago (before the ban) and I really love the print and open back. I can't resist a dress with an open back, and it helps that this one has such a lovely chiffon material so it's really comforable. It tends to scrunch around my ladies though (because they're so big, of course...) which is a bit annoying but I really love the dress. This purse I found at chapters of all places (broke the shopping ban then) it's such a wonderful pop of colour for this dreary January we're experiencing.

Against The Grain

Good Morning there my loves, I hope your week is coming along nicely. I had the day off yesterday and it was gorgeous out, so my week has been quite peachy so far! I am having some serious issues with my closet, I can never seem to find anything and end up hating everything. I think it's time for a closet revamp, get rid of some shit and add in things I actually do need once I'm done my ban.

So, this is something I found from the depths of my closet when I was busy pouring the contents of it on the floor. I had forgotten about this red dress, I love the block of black along the bottom, although this is not my favorite dress in general. I just want everything to look good and be comfortable, is that too much to ask?! However, I did really like it here with my leather jacket, spotted tights and skull scarf.
