Style and Comfort

 photo green_zpsb30f61c6.jpg
Good Morning and a very happy Monday to you all!! I had a wonderful weekend spent chilling, working on projects and getting over this cold that turned my voice into that of a man's. It's nice to have my voice back and no longer sound like I've been smokin' a pack a day since 1954....sexy I know.
If I could I would probably wear my maxi dress/skirts every single day because they're so comfortable. But since I'm clumsy and spill a lot I have to switch things up and wear other things. It is my lot in life to have an entire wardrobe of stylish things that essential feel like pajamas. This skirt and this bodysuit both fit that need, as they're both made of incredible soft material. I've already expressed my love for stripes for fall but combine that with dark jewel tones and I am happy as pie.

  3. I love it - I'd wear my maxis all the time except that I spill a lot; that sounds like me and my white jeans! In all seriousness, I think you wear maxis so well, you should rock them as often as you can. Glad to hear you're feeling better, there's nothing worse than a cold during the last few days of nice weather for the year!

  6. Love this outfit and totally want to recreate it now (imitation is the best form of flattery?). the best part though is how surprisingly daring the back of that shirt is though. Fun!

  7. I love this outfit, and really love rocking the maxi skirt, too. I'd wear one all of the time, except I only have two and well...I don't think the fun would last very long with what I have.

Summer colds are the worst! I also get the man voice when I'm sick and it's the worst when I have to talk to people on the phone at work. I'm always explaining myself to people I've never met!

  13. This maxi skirt looks so great on you. You make me want to try one out but I'm pretty sure I'd look like the amish or something. I think this one looks perfect with your striped top.
