Wheat kings and Pretty Things

Photobucket
Good Morning lovelies!! I hope your week is moving along quickly and well, we're halfway to the weekend whoo-hoo! The weather here has been all over the map lately, one days it's -15 the next it's 0, what the hell? Mr. Duke and I ave definitely been taking advantage of the nice weather and taking some really nice long walks.
I have been loving combining brown, black and pops of red lately. It's so funny how blogging changes you, because a couple years ago I would have never combined black and brown which is so ridiculous now. This dress is actually a nightgown, but doesn't look very "nightgowny" and I love it, it's so ridiculously comfortable. I think I need some more nightgowns to wear as dresses, any ideas as to where to find some?! Also this one necklace I got as a gift from my secret santa and it came all the way from South America! It's perfect for layering with other jewellery :)

  9. Okay, so I have that "nightgown" too but I never knew it was one... I've been wearing it as a dress all along! I never understood the whole black and brown rule either. I think it looks great, and so do you :)

  18. I love that your dress is actually a night gown! I would've never guessed! I really love this combination of brown and black too. Brown and black can look so perfect together and you certainly did it right here! Your cardigan looks so nice and cozy too.
