Land of the Leo

Hey There Loves, can you believe it's 2013 now?! 2012 seemed to have flown by, and thank god, good riddance! It was a really big year for me, but I am looking forward to what lies in store in 2013. Lot's of changes, hopefully some travel and going back for some more school. I have a few resolutions I'll probably end up sharing here, it helps to write them down to really remind yourself.
This is what  I wore out with my lovely ladies for a night of debauchery to ring in the New Year at one of our local pubs. I kind of went against the typical sparkly NYE wear and went with something super comfortable, and of course spotted. I love this dress a lot, and it happens to look pretty great with my blue winter coat and ton's of edgy accessories. Definitely a good decision for a great night with some amazing friends!

    This is an AWESOME new years outfit! Sounds like a good time - I never go out on new years - I'm not a big fan of huge crowds so I usually skip. I love the idea of going out, but know myself better. This dress is just so cute on you

    ooo the leapord really does look great with the blue in your coat. and i love how your red bra straps match with your hair haha such a cute detail! i hope your NYE was super fun, and i cant believe 2012 is over either! let's hope this one will be for the books ;)

    I really can't get enough of this coat! I think it looks lovely with your leopard dress too. I was just like you, I went against the super sparkly route and wore a nice white dress instead. Super comfy!

    Oh my, oh my, I am crazy about that dress! My grandmother had one that was sooo similar in the 60s, It's a piece I wish she would have held onto :-) Sounds like one perfect night to ring in the New Year, Happy 2013 Jenna! xo Marisa

    Oh man I love everything about this outfit! Leopard print dresses are basically the best thing ever and I love the cobalt blue jacket paired with this dress. All of the edgy accessories are perfect too. I would wear this in an instant and pretend I'm as cool as you.

    Happy New Year, Jenna! I love that you chose to forego the traditioal sparkly NYE dress in favour of this, for lack of a better word, fierce leopard number. {Oh, what a terrible pun. But it does describe the dress so well.} I can't wait to see what 2013 has in store for you and your blog :)
