Waging Heavy Peace

Photobucket
Good Morning!! I hope you all had an absolutely amazing Christmas spent with family and friends! We facetimed my brother yesterday morning and opened gifts, technology is wonderful. Everyone got spoiled and we had a lot of time goofing around
I have always wanted real Ray Bans sunglasses but as I have the tendency to loose them (or my wonderful friends step on them..) I've usually settled for the cheapo rip offs. I was very excited when Smart Buy asked to partner with me to get me to review theirs. They offer eyeglasses online, with a range of styles like Ray Bans and Aviator Sunglasses. The very best part is that they fold down to fit into a little carrying case, very cool and even impressed my dad.
I've had this skirt for a few years now and it always seems to crop up in rotation, I love the colour and the sheen it has to it. I paired my Neil Young band tee with it, along with my favorite polka dot tights and threw my blazer on. I figured a look with a bit of a rocker edge would be perfect to go with my new Ray Bans

After The Gold Rush

Photobucket
Good Morning Loves, I hope you all had an exceptional weekend, mine was spent mostly indoors as it was COLD. These pictures are from a less cold day, so don't worry about my shoulder. I watched a ton of movies this weekend and it was great, the next few weeks are jam packed with Christmas parties/events so I'm glad I got to just chill.
I'm rocking my Neil Young shirt I picked up at the concert in Vancouver a couple weeks ago. I cut the neckline to create the off the shoulder shape I wanted and it adds edge to a fun girly skirt. There's also nothing comfier than a cut up band tee. I am so glad I picked a less traditional colour for my winter coat this year, this blue makes me so so happy. Especially when mixed with mustard, two very happy colours to pull me out of my winter blues.
