If you're like me you can't work out without music! Actually I can't go without music for almost every part of my day, getting ready, riding the bus, walking the Duke and even going to bed. And I have different play lists for all my moods and activities. So on this fitness Friday, I thought I'd share one of my work out playlist's:

Kos- I wish I knew Natalie Portman
Yeah Yeah Yeah's- Buried Alive
Alt-J- Breezeblocks
No Doubt- Push and Shove
The Black Keys-Next Girl
  Blink 182-Easy Target
Childish Gambino-Heartbeat
Matthew Good-In Love with a Bad Idea
Florence and the Machine- Drumming Song
Japandroids- The Nights of Wine and Roses
Lorde- Team
Youngblood Hawke- We Come Running
Mother Mother- Bit by Bit
Taking Back Sunday- There's no "I" in team
Frightened Rabbit- The Woodpile

  1. Thanks so much for your comment, it means a lot!
Oh yeah, I need to listen to pushy music when I work out. Billy Talent is also a good choice - makes you a bit angry and run faster! :-)

    Have a fantastic day,

  3. This is such a fabulous playlist. I might actually be one of the few people that doesn't work out to music, which sounds bizarre but I find it puts me in more of a cheerful, gamble like a bunny mood than a fierce, hardworking mood :) I'd listen to these songs any other time, though!

  4. Love the playlist! I've never actually made one because I feel like my preference changes with my mood.

I'm all about Songza these days. I recently chose a 90's playlist that made me run faster for sure. Spice Girls and NSync are awesome...but not all of the time.

  5. I'm so late seeing this post but hell yes to this playlist. Mother Mother has been my jam for the past year or more. This seems like a wonderful working out playlist.
