Good Morning Loves, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was really good, lots of fun with friends at the waterpark and then margarita making shananigans. I know I probably say this all the time, but I have really kickass, hilarious, ridiculously awesome friends. We are the weirdest and most lovable group of misfits ever.
I picked up this dress at winner's last week, I couldn't resist it's minty colour and the fact that its lace (I know, I know, I own about a million lace dresses). But as of this moment I am on a shopping ban for the next month or so, I have a spring course coming up and paying for that is going to be tough. And really, I don't need more clothes, I'm just a horrible shopping addict! There, I admitted it, that's the first step right?! However I am glad I picked this beauty up, it's got a bit of a low back and will be perfect in the summer, besides I don't really own a lot in this colour. I decided to pair it casually with my denim jacket, rubber boots and a pop of neon for a walk with Mr.Duke. I loved this dressed down version a lot, and am so happy to be able to bust out my denim jacket

It's not really surprising that I'm in LOVE with your mint dress! All things mint really :) It looks great paired with darker colors. I need to get a pair of cute rainboots, expecially with the weather we've been having-those are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute dress! I think when you find awesome things like that, it's totally worth breaking the shopping ban!

This dress is AMAZING. I have such a weakness for anything mint or lace, so both of them together is, like, my dream come true.
ReplyDeleteAnd I feel like all us fashion bloggers need to start a shopping addicts anonymous. We all seem to have the same issue!
This mint dress is so so cute! It's hard to resist a perfect lace dress, I know. Shopping is just so fun, it's hard to stop. I always feel better if I'm getting a great deal on stuff but then I realize if I buy lots of cheap stuff it's still expensive... Sad times.
ReplyDeleteAnnnyway! I love the pops of neon paired with your pretty new dress.
Love the lace and the background is very cool!!

Maybe it's a default of living in that freezing land, but you are seriously the master of layering girl! Really love the look here, I'll have to take some tips from you come winter, I always forget how to.
