This is actually what I'm wearing today, first time I've taken pictures since before surgery. I'm able to wear a bra for the first time (too much information?) in 2 1/2 weeks now, so that's pretty exciting. This is what I wore today just out for lunch with my parents and getting groceries, it's pretty rainy and crappy here right now. I love this tank top, the stripes of lime and lace. I havn't actually worn my blazer since the day before my surgey and I missed it. But I really want to be able to wear some cute skirts and dresses soon.

Getting out of the house more; Having a bit more energy; Wandering around the farmers market despite the rain; Looking forward to wearing new clothes; My dad taking me for a walk around west edmonton mall; Laying on the couch watching movies with Bryce; Wearing real clothes again; Tasty fresh fruit; Seeing the girls from work; Fresh Flowers; Soaking up a lot of sun before it decided to disappear; Bryce's new(old) Vanagon; Delicious spicy soup; Healthy homemade supper; Comfortable flats

ReplyDeleteIt's so nice to hear that your recovery is going well :) I'm sure it's a great feeling every time you can get back to doing something normal, even if it's a small thing like wearing a bra. This is such a cute casual ensemble- the yellow and white tank is so sweet, and I love the way the turquoise ring pops against it. Still thinking of you and hoping every day gets better than the last one!

ReplyDeletewe had some delicious cherries this weekend, too! kinda funny...we just grabbed a FEW things for a last minute picnic at the beach...cost $50! turns out the bag of cherries was $18 or something insane like that!! thank goodness they were good! looking good...i really just love blazers to throw over evvrything!
