Good day my dears, I hope you all had a fantastic and wonderful weekend! I did too, the weather was being shitty on Saturday though, at least it started to smarten up Sunday. And that was when I went to Bryce’s for his birthday dinner. Steak with mushrooms, some great sauce, baked potatoes, asparagus, homemade garlic bread, Caesar salad and homemade apple pie. It was amazing. I ate too much, of course, and it was so worth it.
This is what I wore over to bryces. I’ve pretty much been living in this jacket all week and weekend. If I’m wearing a cute little dress and want to kind of dress it down I throw on my denim jacket. I just got this dress this week and I’ve already worn it twice, I love it. The strapless, the hook up front, and the fact that it has build in shorts, amazing! Built in shorts are great for: work, going up a ladder, a quick breeze, but terrible for: going to the bathroom, but we all suffer for fashion right?

OMG WHAT, that dress is incredible! It has built-in flash prevention! Damn, girl. I totally love the girly dress with a denim jacket look as well. Yay! <3
ReplyDeleteSo cute!!! I've also been living in my jean jacket. It's the perfect thing to dress down an outfit. And somehow a jean jacket works with almost everything. :)

I love that romper! I seriously need to get off my ass and give rompers a try. I also the jacket that you paired it with - it all fits so well together. Every time I talk to my parents over the last week they've been complaining about the Etown weather too.

built-in shorts??? that's brilliant!! most of my dresses are too short but i can't wear denim underneath them all the time. but yes... bathroom breaks in one-piece getups can be quite challenging...
ReplyDeletelove the dress!
Your dress is so cute! And I love the built in shorts! I could have used that yesterday!
ReplyDeleteThat's amazing that that dress has built-in shorts! I agree though that it'd be quite difficult for going to the bathroom. That's my whole problem with rompers! They're so so cute but so difficult to get off! But yes, we suffer for fashion!
ReplyDeleteAwesome dress! I love how it comes attached with shorts; it'll come in handy when walking up stairs or going outside on a windy day! hehe

Thank you darlings! I am glad everyone feels my pain with the love/hate relationship with built in shorts.
